These Terms and Conditions govern Vistarika.com, the 21-Day Digital Detox Kit and related orders, enquiries and support. The India storefront is operated by TopGlobals Healthcare Services, with technology, product and commerce support from Techlithic Solutions LLC and its India affiliate.
1. Acceptance
By using the website, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the checkout or submit personal information.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract. A parent or lawful guardian should purchase the product for a minor and supervise its use.
3. Product nature and important boundary
The 21-Day Digital Detox Kit is a consumer wellness and behavioural challenge product. It provides physical prompts, trackers and boundary-setting tools for intentional phone use.
4. Product information
We aim to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, images and colours. Display settings, lighting, print batches and manufacturing tolerances can cause minor differences. Packaging and non-essential visual details may be updated without reducing the main contents or function of the kit.
5. Price, tax and payment
The current listed price for the 21-Day Digital Detox Kit is ₹599 unless a promotion is shown. Shipping charges, discounts and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe or another stated processor. We do not intentionally store complete card numbers or CVV details.
6. Order acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request. An order may be declined or cancelled before dispatch for payment failure, fraud risk, pricing error, stock unavailability, delivery restriction, suspected resale abuse or another legitimate operational reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.
7. Shipping and delivery
- The initial retail launch is intended for delivery within India unless checkout states otherwise.
- Available shipping methods, charges and estimates appear at checkout or in the order confirmation.
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, phone number and delivery address.
- Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by courier capacity, weather, access restrictions, strikes, public events or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
- Risk of loss passes on confirmed delivery to the address provided, subject to applicable consumer law.
8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to cancel an order that has not entered packing or dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment begins.
Unopened returns
You may request a return within 7 calendar days after delivery if the kit remains unused, unopened, complete and in resaleable condition. Approved return shipping may be deducted from the refund unless the product was incorrect, damaged or defective.
Opened products
Except where required by law or where the product is defective, opened, used, marked, incomplete or damaged kits are not eligible for change-of-mind return.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may take additional business days to post the credit.
9. Incorrect, damaged or defective orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order reference, a description, clear photographs of the outer packaging and affected item, and an unboxing video where available. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved. After review, we may replace the affected item, replace the kit, provide a partial remedy or issue a refund as appropriate.
10. Use of components
- Test removable stickers on a small area before using them on delicate, painted, papered, polished or recently finished surfaces.
- Keep the MDF token and small components away from very young children and anyone who may place them in the mouth.
- Do not use the kit to pressure, punish, monitor or control another person's phone use.
- Always retain access to emergency communication and follow workplace, education, caregiving or medical requirements.
11. Corporate and bulk orders
Bulk orders, co-branded inserts, gifting, workshops or programme support may be governed by a separate written quote, statement of work or agreement. If that written agreement conflicts with these store terms, the written agreement controls for that order.
12. Intellectual property
Vistarika names, logos, packaging, card copy, artwork, layouts, photographs, website design and related materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant Vistarika entities. You may use a purchased kit personally or within the agreed recipient group. You may not reproduce, scan, sell, distribute, publish, modify or create commercial derivatives from the materials without written permission.
13. Acceptable website use
You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, scrape protected content, make fraudulent purchases, abuse promotions, or use the site in a way that harms customers, partners or systems.
14. Third-party services and links
Checkout, hosting, analytics, maps, courier tracking and other functions may rely on third parties. Those services operate under their own terms, privacy practices, availability and technical limits. Links to TopGlobals, Techlithic, Stripe or another site do not make us responsible for every aspect of that service.
15. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and wellness materials are provided without a promise of a particular behavioural, health, productivity or relationship outcome. Individual results vary. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a product order will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss where such limitation is permitted by law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer forums and any rights that cannot be waived, courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
17. Changes
We may update these terms for product, operational, legal or checkout changes. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
